Return / Exchange Policy

At Little Vixen Hair, we stand behind the quality of our luxury hair extensions. Because our products are made from 100% Remy human hair and are considered a hygienic product, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure every customer receives brand-new, unused extensions.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused hair extensions that remain in their original packaging with the security seal fully intact.

Once the seal has been broken or the hair has been removed from the packaging, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, please email info@littlevixenhair.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different color or length? We’re happy to help. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in original condition.

Installation Disclaimer

Little Vixen Hair is not responsible for product performance issues resulting from improper installation, cutting, coloring, chemical processing, or installation by an unlicensed stylist.

We strongly recommend having extensions installed by a licensed professional experienced with extensions. Once extensions have been installed, altered, colored, toned, washed, brushed, or styled, they are considered accepted by the customer and are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Little Vixen Hair cannot guarantee results when products are installed incorrectly, exposed to excessive heat, improperly maintained, or used with non-recommended products.

Maintenance Responsibility

Proper care is essential to maintaining the quality and lifespan of your extensions. Customers are responsible for following recommended care instructions, including using extension-safe shampoo, conditioner, and styling products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged package, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Final Sale Items

Custom orders, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important Note

We strongly recommend comparing extensions to your natural hair before opening the package to ensure the color is a perfect match.

WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our extensions and offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please refer to the hair care section for things that will void this warranty.
